The requirements are completing a 20 Hour Pre-Licensure Class and taking the NMLS exam for the MLO part. Then, complete 3 College Level Real Estate Classes and pass the State Real Estate Exam. Most people doing this also complete two License Prep Crash Courses. Can it be done in 120 days? Yes. Is it easy? 65% pass the NMLS Exam and about 50% pass the Real Estate Exam.
