A SHORT WORD FROM OUR SPONSORS

We get asked all the time about; “How fast can I get a license and what do I have to do?”

This is a primer to become a Notary, RE Sales, RE Broker, and Mortgage Loan Broker.

Notary: Complete a 6 hour course, live or online, and pass a State test of 45 Multiple Choice Questions with a grade of 70%.

RE Sales: Complete 3 College Level Courses and pass a State test of 150 Questions with a grade of 70%.

RE Broker: Complete 8 College Level Courses and pass a State test of 200 Questions with a grade of 75%.

NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO): Complete a 20 Hour Pre-License Course and pass a National test of 125 Questions with a grade of 75%.

Average minimum time from our experience: Notary One-day; RE Sales 3 ½ months, RE Broker 4 ½ months (depending on how many courses you’ve already taken) and MLO 6 to 8 weeks. What are you waiting for? Tell a friend. We will be with you every step of the way. Due to the many options and requirements and questions, we recommend that you call a registrar at our office to get started now.
