There is an article in the Winter NAR Magazine entitled, “Purple is the New Gray or Black”. A quote: “Purple has become one of the reigning requests in the increasingly colorful world of home design”. Other colors becoming popular include khaki green, taupe, teal, kelly green, peaches and orange. Just all too confusing.
And I just checked my authority on color, Crayola, and they are talking about eggplant, magenta and periwinkle. Who invents all these colors? My color knowledge is the classic 8 color Crayola box. Our family never had the resources to own the 64 or 128 unit boxes. Remember those beauties, red, blue, orange, yellow, brown, black, green and one called violet. From my property management days I recall Avocado Green and Navajo White.
