He is a highly respected Real Estate Practitioner in Mission Viejo. I met him when he was farming my home in MV years ago.
When the bill came, it was his turn to pay. He put his credit card on the tray and added his business card.
The next month when we were having lunch again I put my business card on the tray and asked him, “Has this ever worked?”
Terry said that the server from the prior month had called to list her mother’s home. Listed and sold quickly and at a top price. A Yapp trademark.
Final Part Of The Story
The server was so impressed she became licensed (through Duane Gomer Education) and joined Terry’s team.
Follow up; I go to a small deli in MV. Recently, I had a card and gave it to the “sandwich maker”. A patron observed this and asked me for one. He called later that day to purchase five Broker Courses and a Crash Prep Course.
