Jeff Lazerson Is The Mortgage Loan Weekly Columnist For The Orange County Register Real Estate Section
The section was voted BEST REAL SECTION IN THE U.S. OF A. by the National Rating Service beating out all the biggies around the country. They have Jon Lansner and Jeff Collins as outstanding on-staff writers and several outstanding weekly contributors such as Jeff and another friend of mine, Leslie Sargent Eskildsen. (If Lansner got paid by the word, he would own most of OC as he is all over the paper in different sections).
At Lunch Jeff Released Some Good News
He was recently told that his column will now appear in all 11 papers under the control of the Southern California News Group. That is good news for Jeff and good news for the readers of the other 11 papers. I have read quotes from Jeff in the LA Times, USA Today and others, plus hearing quotes on local radio shows. He gets around.
Each Week Jeff Gives An Update On All Of The Interest Rates For Homes In OC
Then, he writes a section about “Here’s What I Think”. And he thinks “pretty good” about a lot of important factors for the public and for Real Estate Agents and of course for Mortgage Loan Originators. A major attribute of Jeff: he is a loyal Duane Gomer Inc. student. We have been meeting every year since 2010 for classes at the Orange County Association of Realtors. Another Announcement
Starting April 1st Jeff will be on KLAA from 10:00 to 11:00 every Sunday. This is the same station that does the Anaheim Angel’s Baseball Broadcasts. As a matter of fact, Jeff could be called the lead-in show to the Angel’s lead-in show. Great move Jeff. Interesting point: Jeff will be broadcasting from the studio next to the BIG A.
