  1. You are starting active military duty.
  2. The rental unit is unsafe or violates health or safety codes.
  3. Your Landlord harasses you or violates your privacy rights.
  4. If as a tenant, you or a member of your household or immediate family member were a victim of domestic, sexual abuse or specific other crimes. “Civil Code Section 1946.7”
