Student Inquiry

The other day someone sent me an extensive email asking a complicated MLO question that wasn’t simple to answer.  First, I checked to see if he has ever taken classes from us. None.

When I phoned him, I asked him about this.  He said that he used another company.  I asked, “Why?”  He said that they were the cheapest and he saved $10-$15.  I asked “Why don’t you send your questions to them?”  He said that they told him that they were an education company and didn’t answer emails like his.

Then I asked, “How did you get our name”? That company recommended you. There is a difference in service.  Sometimes using the lowest priced supplier isn’t the best choice. I would bet he uses them again next year.
