When I did live classes, I would always mention one approach when I was talking to a new prospect. I would say, “In essence, I am applying for the job of your real estate advisor. Therefore, I would like to give you my resume.” My resume has changed over the years, but I would like to present a version that I have used. Any comments? I believed it worked. It sure gave us something to talk about in between real estate facts.
