Requirements
- Complete another five college courses in addition to the three taken for your sales license
- Pass a 200-question exam with a grade of at least 75%
- Have worked two of the last five years as a full-time salesperson, other state experience is allowed and certain equivalent experiences are allowed (loan officer or escrow officer) or have a college degree with a major or minor in Real Estate truthful
