As many of you know, Wayne was a favorite of mine (while in the role of Commissioner), and he has become a friend and a supporter of and sometime contributor to DGE.
I am sharing this with all of you, and wish Wayne and his partner, Tricia Parkhurst, well. Tricia was most recently the chief of the Enforcement program at the CA Department of Real Estate.
