Wayne Bell was the Real Estate Commissioner for California. When he was the jefe, he commissioned with competence and wrote many outstanding articles. He is still writing. An outstanding recent effort is entitled, “Short-Term Rentals”. The informative subtitle is, “Do Persons Acting as Agents in the Short-Term Rental Business in California Need a Real Estate License?” Wayne very competently answers that question.
