My family is avid movie goers. And our interests are varied. But I have found that I do not agree in recent years with the Movie of the Year selections by the movie industry. Nomadland, Parasite, Shape of Water, Moonlight and Birdman will never make my top 1000 movies. And this year they selected Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. I watched this movie for a short time and turned it off. I didn’t have any idea of what their plan was. I love Jamie Lee Curtis but she was misused, and I do not want to watch any movie about the IRS. To me the movie was strange.
There were some movies that I enjoyed. Glass Onion, Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris, Maverick, Where the Crawdads Sing, The Fabelmans, See How They Run and others. And there are some I still want to see. The balcony is open.
