Last week, I mentioned that I had met Patrick Lehman, an ex-student, at Costco. Yesterday, I was eating at Jersey Mikes in RSM (#7, Mike’s Way) when another nice ex-student stopped to say hello. It was Matt Trudell. He has been a student for many years during his service at Regency Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. Currently, he is at the beautiful CB office on beautiful Mission Viejo Lake. Thank you, Matt.
Regency is one of our very favorite companies. Their office is about two blocks from us, and they are very loyal to DGE. They have a rule that we enjoy. To be a shareholder, you must be a broker. We have had many broker students from Regency. We have also presented classes there for their agents and utilized their excellent meeting room for our Mortgage Lending Continuing Education Presentations.
Note on the hat: Another person walked by and complimented my Edmonton Eskimo hat that was given to me by the famous Paul Scheper when his brother was a coach on the Eskimos’ staff. Times and names have changed. They are now known as the Edmonton Elks.
