“A chicken in every pot and a car in every garage”. Recently, the California Energy Commission who controls this stuff voted 5-0 requiring solar panels for virtually all new homes by 2020. So to paraphrase Herbert Hoover, “Solar on every roof”.
Now that is a change that will cause some law suits being filed. Will be leading to much conversation and action in the next two years. Solar companies and attorneys will love this battle.
