Form RE 215 Is To Be Filed By January 1, 2018 (Oops, That Is Passed)
This form needs to be signed by all Responsible Brokers noting all Broker Associates working for them. Good idea as before this form the only licensees listed on a company’s page were salespersons. Broker Associates were mystery licensees.
The form is self-explanatory. The Q&A is informative. For years real estaters have doubted me when I stated that Brokers could work for more than one company, IF BOTH COMPANIES AGREED TO IT.
NOTE:
Salespersons cannot do this even if everyone agrees to this arrangement. Everyone may agree, but the State Regulators do not agree.

I will wager that many companies have not filed this form yet. Broker Associates, have you all been requested to sign? Senior Funding sent the form to me as I am a Broker Associate for the Calabasas Company.
